Posted on August 28th, 2010 3 commentsDaisha S asked:
I bought a PS3 game for a friend and it was their last copy so it was not sealed nor was there any stick placed on it to act as one. But my friend already has this game am I able to return it? They sold me it for new price with no plastic or any sealing stickers on it on it of any kind other than the price tag on the front, am I still able to get a refund on their so called” new” open games? Or am I out of luck?>>Click Here to Download the Best Game Copy Software Now<<

I used to work for that hell hole lol…
Policy goes (CA)
New Games
– Can be exchanged if not working for a working copy within 30days
– Money back within 30days un-opened
(now, if sold the last “open box” copy and you were not told the policy of the last new open copy then that should be their fault)Used Games
– Money back within 7days
– Defective replacement within 30daysNow, you are going to make a hustle just to get your money back. You will need the STORE MANAGER, not no crappy half wit “Manager On Duty” explain to him what happen, also mention that the cashier did not seal the game with a sticker (should not be any sticky residue).
Now, you can either switch the games or keep going for the money. If you go for the money, and the store manager tells you no, this is the point you want to speak to the “DISTRICT MANAGER”
why?
The cashier failed to seal the game therefore leaving you without a policy, because if the game had it’s seal, the return would have been no problem.
If you have any further questions or problems, message me on AIM @ xXSoco562Xx
P.S. If they refuse to give you the district managers number, believe me there are ways =)
